And stating that the restaurant staff in the bar at the café I have submitted a survey giving high regard to the way I was treated there. I believe in giving kudos when Customer Service is shown. In speaking with the manager at the club desk I was told that they wouldn’t honor it. On my next visit everything it updated in the system however when I swiped at the kiosk I received no reward. At that point I was told it hadn’t updated in the system but when it did I would have a reward all I would have to do is swipe my card at the kiosk and it would show me a icon of my card that I could touch and it would give me the reward.
I spoke with someone in the rewards center right after I achieved the next level. About a month and a half later I earned the points to move up to the next tier. I was told that it had just expired however I was able to show the Club representative where it was still being promoted online. I had a very similar experience to Envie from Fairfield only my experience happened in July.
